I’m a Spiritual Director and meditation instructor in Norman, Oklahoma, offering individuals and groups space to listen and respond to the sacred wisdom that is inherently present within.

I’m grateful to share my life with my beloved husband, a wide circle of family, friends and pets, and the community of Nature which abounds on the ancient prairies and oak forests of Oklahoma.

I also write the occasional soulful reflection, which I post on this page.
