About me

My name is Tamara Van Hook, and I’m a Spiritual Director and Meditation Instructor living in Norman Oklahoma. My work is to nurture spiritual vitality for individuals and groups using the practices of Spiritual Direction, Meditation, Eco-Spirituality, and more.

I’m grateful to share my life with my beloved partner, a wide circle of family, friends and pets, and the community of Nature which abounds on the ancient prairies and oak forests of Oklahoma.

I also write the occasional soulful reflection, which I post on this page.
